1. Overview

Cookies and similar technologies can store information on, or access information from, your browser or device. This can include traditional cookies, local storage, scripts, tracking pixels and similar technologies.

Toolbelt Websites uses a consent mechanism so that non-essential technologies can remain off unless you choose to allow them. You can accept all optional categories, reject non-essential technologies or choose individual categories.

2. Necessary technology

Necessary technology is used where it is required for the website or a service you have requested to function correctly. This category cannot be disabled through our consent tool.

Our consent system stores your privacy preference in your browser using local storage under the key toolbelt_cookie_consent_v1. It records the categories you selected, the consent version and the date your choice was updated. This is used only to remember and apply your cookie preferences.

3. Analytics

Analytics technologies help us understand how visitors use the website, which pages are useful and how the site performs. If analytics tools such as Google Analytics are added, they must be prevented from running until you choose to allow analytics.

4. Marketing

Marketing technologies can be used for advertising measurement, remarketing or building advertising audiences. If technologies such as Google Ads conversion tracking or Meta Pixel are added, they must be prevented from running until you choose to allow marketing technologies.

5. What is currently enabled

At the date shown above, the Toolbelt website code itself does not intentionally load analytics or advertising trackers by default. The consent system is already in place so that these technologies can be added later without being allowed to run before a visitor has made a valid choice.

Hosting, security or infrastructure providers may process limited technical information necessary to serve and protect the website. These activities should be reviewed against the live hosting configuration before launch.

6. Managing or withdrawing your choices

On your first visit, you can choose Accept all, Reject non-essential or Manage preferences. Rejecting optional technologies will not prevent you from accessing the main website.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting in the footer. If the technologies we use change materially, we may ask you to make a fresh choice.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, technology providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published here with a revised update date.
